This Privacy policy governs the manner in which I use and maintain information collected from clients using my service. For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulations 2018, my information Commissioner’s Office registration number is ZA851465.
This policy applies to the practice, website, and services offered online, by telephone or within my private practice. I hold the information on the basis of legitimate interest as per GDPR qualifications.
Clients entering therapy will be issued with an emailed copy of the privacy notice, and at their assessment the following information will be asked and signed that they understand & agree with how information collected, stored and held.

How I store Information
brief written notes are stored in a locked cabinet (no ID is referenced)
Email- kept in personal domain account
Texts- are stored in my password protected phone
website- no information is kept here.
The client has the right to ask for any copy of their personal information, free of charge, in an electronic or paper format, and to amend any incorrect information.
The Client also has the right for me to erase any information that i hold about them, This includes the personal information that is no longer relevant to original purpose, or if they wish to withdraw consent. such requests do need to comply with legal obligation to retain.
